Remote and Absentee Bidding Policies and Availability:

Absentee bids are accepted in writing or by phone and should be submitted at least one hour prior to the start of the auction. We cannot guarantee execution of absentee bids received later than one hour prior to the start of the auction. All absentee bids will be bid competitively with the initial bid coming from the floor of the auction room. All absentee bids will be charged at 50% of the absentee bid should competitive bidding fall short of that amount. In the case of identical absentee bids the FIRST bid takes priority. All absentee bids are considered CONFIDENTIAL and will be held at the discretion of the auctioneer and NOT divulged.

Telephone bidding is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that ALL PHONE BIDS MUST BE REGISTERED AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE AUCTION. References will be required of first time participants. At the discretion of Gould Auction Co., a fully refundable deposit (that will be applied to the full purchase price), may be requested in order to secure a phone line for bidding. Phone lines are limited, so please secure them early. Gould Auction Co. assumes no liability for inability to execute and complete phone bids.
